Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Processing Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
- Limitations: BioRLX ships to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Order Status: You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Responsibility: BioRLX is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- Responsibility: BioRLX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping Outside the U.S.
- Availability: Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at info@biorlx.com for more information.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
Preferred Carriers
- Carriers: We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure that your package arrives safely and promptly.
- Selection: The carrier selected for your shipment depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your delivery location.
Expedited Shipping Options
- Availability: Expedited shipping options, such as 2-Day and Overnight delivery, are available for an additional fee. These options can be selected at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
Incorrect Shipping Information
- Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Address Corrections: If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@biorlx.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee any changes once the order has been processed.
Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
- Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- Return to Sender: Packages returned to us marked as "Return to Sender" will be processed as returns. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
