Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition will not be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns without a receipt or proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Downloadable Software Products: Any downloadable software products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Personal Care Items: Certain personal care items, such as opened skincare products, are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

Return Process

Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@biorlx.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Items returned without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
  3. Packaging Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. Ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping Your Return: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received.

Refunds

Exchanges
